Simple Licensing and Compliance LLC provides loan officer licensing support, NMLS status updates, regulatory deadline alerts, and service consultations via SMS text messaging to users who explicitly opt in.
Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 1-800-555-0199. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Assistance Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@simple-lc.com or toll-free at 1-800-555-0199.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Rates & Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and ongoing licensing updates. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

When you opt in to SMS messaging, you can expect to receive messages about your licensing inquiry, including licensing status updates, NMLS deadline alerts, state regulatory compliance notifications, service consultations, and — if you separately opt in to marketing messages — special offers, discounts, and service updates. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
3. Consent & Communication Channels
Both SMS consent checkboxes on our opt-in form are optional and never pre-checked. Our forms may be submitted without selecting either checkbox.
